Manga Sono Otoko, Numa ni Tsuki launches on October 6 after a prologue this month
Kodoani.com – Hiro Aikawa will launch a new manga titled “Sono Otoko, Numa ni Tsuki” (I’m Obsessed With That Guy) in Shogakukan’s Petit Comic magazine. The manga will be published in the magazine’s next issue, scheduled for release on October 6. The manga’s opening has been announced in the magazine’s supplementary booklet.
The manga’s story revolves around a 25-year-old girl whose boyfriend left her because she didn’t know how to have sex. She then meets a young man who has characteristics of a “swamp boy type” (numa otoko), a Japanese slang term to describe selfish and possessive men.
Hiro Aikawa completed the “Kazuki-san no Koisuru Jikan” (Kazuki’s Time for Love) manga in June. The manga launched in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Friend magazine in April 2021. Additionally, the author also created the manga “Mikami-sensei’s Way of Love” (Mikami-sensei no Aishikata) in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Friend magazine from September 2014 to October 2019.
