Game launches September 5 in North America, September 8 in Europe/Oceania
Kodoani.com – NIS America posted a trailer for the game’s characters”Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten” (Monochrome Mobius: Toki no Taika) by AQUAPLUS. The trailer focuses on characters such as Oshtor, Shunya, Munechika, Halu, Mikazuchi and Mayacowl.
The game is expected to launch for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on September 5 in North America and on September 8 in Europe and Oceania. NIS America will also release a limited edition of the game, which includes a hardcover artbook, original soundtrack, fabric poster, acrylic display, art card, and collectible box.
Previously, Shiravune and DMM Games released the game worldwide for PC via Steam last September. The PS5 and PS4 versions of the game were released in Japan on the same day.
“Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten” tells the story in Ennakamuy province, the border of the Yamato empire, revolving around a young man living with his mother and older sister. As he investigates an unusual incident, he meets a girl whose words are full of surprises. The story follows a boy and girl as they explore the land of Arva Shulan, a country that does not appear on maps. Through trials and dangers, they faced unexpected changes in fate and, in the end, became heroes recorded in legends.
The game is part of the 20th anniversary of the Utawarerumono franchise. The franchise’s top creators, including SUGA Munemitsu, character artist and AQUAPLUS composer Naoya Shimokawa, contributed to the game’s success.
