Recently more evidence that 343 Industries is preparing to announce the brand new Halo Online game.
343 Industries has not officially announced its Battle Royale plan to bring the best Halo Online experience to gamers. However, that hasn’t stopped many leaks surrounding the project from being shared online on major game forums.
The battle royale mode, codenamed Tatanka, is rumored to arrive with Halo Infinite Season 3 later this year or early 2023. There’s even a new leak revealing the Halo Infinite Tatanka menu could show Battle royale development is progressing impressively.
The leaked information was shared online by Twitter account HaloHubGG with a few brand new images. We can see the screenshots in the interface of Halo Infinite.
The menu has five different options, each for a queue in Tatanka mode. Queues available to choose from are Tatanka Triples, Tatanka Quads, Tatanka 3P Test, Test Tatanka Triples and Test Taanka FFA. There’s also a quote along the bottom of the image, “Welcome to The Ring, stay alive and be the last man standing on the battlefield.”
The screenshot is said to be from a test version called Tatanka. This will be a completely independent game like Call of Duty: Warzone is basically Halo Online where Halo players can fight each other through many different online modes. The split is also the best way for players to easily manage the amount of installation.
The different options could also be tests that are in development so that 343 Industries can see what will work and what needs improvement. Since there are three test queues, it is certain that this is not the final list that players may see. Halo Online’s progress is going pretty smoothly right now. If that is true, it will be interesting if 343 will announce this game in the near future so that fans can celebrate more fully.
