The chapter begins with a glimpse of Shigaraki’s consciousness. We see his childhood memories provoked by Mirio’s words. His true self, Tenko, recalls his two childhood friends, Mi and Tomo.
He remembered how they praised him. He also remembers that Tomo will always look forward to their moves. After these memories emerge from deep within his consciousness, he shouts to Togata that he does have real friends.
This caught Togata off guard, and he was a good person, who immediately apologized to Shigaraki. Togata was flooded shortly after due to Shigaraki’s evolved form.
Then Togata analyzed the situation. He discovers that Shigaraki’s main body is more of a challenge than his infinite tentacles. Even his first layer of skin was tough enough to withstand their attacks.
On the other hand, we hear traces of All for One struggling to fully assimilate Shigaraki. He deduces that he has successfully assimilated Shigaraki and All for One. But there was one more tick that he couldn’t quite get over. This is the real Shigaraki, Shimura Tenko, who is still intact in Shigaraki’s subconscious. AFO dismisses this and decides that he can’t pull out the merge anymore and has to be quick.
Now back to the physical world, Shigaraki bypasses Togata and heads towards Bakugo and Jeanist. He said he couldn’t waste more time fighting someone who only fought him to buy time. When Togata’s distraction fails, he recalls what the main goal of their plan was.
He recalls that Hado and Tamaki had to perform a powerful attack to slow down Shigaraki. His main goal is to buy as much time as possible until Tamaki is ready to go undercover. The focus then shifts to Jeanist, who is responsible for protecting Bakugo from Shigaraki. Hado and Togata also attacked him.
In the midst of this intense battle, we can also see Hado’s memories of Togata and Tamaki. She remembers how they both accepted her despite how embarrassed others were and how Tamaki and Togata were the first to reach out to her.
She feels grateful to know them and to have lived her life beside them. Hado shows her confidence and trust in Togata and Tamaki when she attacks Shigaraki.
These scripted panels show how the true potential of Cornucopia can be unleashed when combined with Hado’s energy. Togata and Hado both put their trust in Tamaki and called him by his heroic name, “Suneater.” They both agree that Tamaki is the only one who can help them overcome Shigaraki.
However, Chap will end here before we see Tamaki unleash the secret move he’s been preparing all this time.
My Hero Academia episode 362 Spoiler
The reveal part of My Hero Academia Chapter 362 has not appeared yet. We usually update fixes and rough scans as they go live, by Thursday at the latest, if not earlier. Therefore, always follow this article to not miss updates from us. You can also bookmark this article to save.
Meanwhile, let’s discuss some fan theories and predictions.
Horikoshi was planning to get a student’s attention again. But as far as he sees it now, they all always end up with life-threatening injuries and have to be sidelined right after.
However, their shining moments are always something worth reading. Now is Tamaki’s time to shine and show her true potential. The next chapter will be stolen by him, hoping to turn the battle in their favor.
As for Jeanist and Bakugo, they stayed away from the battlefield even if Shigaraki wouldn’t leave them alone. He even exposed Togata’s motives for buying time by distracting him.
However, looking at Chap’s final board, Tamaki seems ready with his big move. Hado and Togata must support him as much as they can. So the next chapter will really capture the Big 3’s teamwork and respect for each other.
Another important confirmation we received is that Tenko is still there. Though buried somewhere deep in Shigaraki’s consciousness, Tenko was still able to prevent the AFO from taking power completely. Perhaps there is still hope for Shigaraki.
Considering this revelation, it’s very likely that Midoriya will somehow get past Shagaraki when they finally fight. But currently, there is no news about Midoriya or who approached him on his way.
We will wait for the next Chap to tell us more and confirm our predictions and theories.
