Chiai Fujikawa, Dizzy Sunfist perform opening and ending theme songs for April anime
Kodoani.com – Official website for anime adaptations of manga My Home Hero posted the anime’s first promotional video and theme song information on Friday. Video showing the home invasion begins the main story.
Chiai Fujikawa performed the anime’s opening theme song “Ai no Uta” (Song of Love), while Dizzy Sunfist performed the ending theme song “Decided”.

Takashi Kamei (Chief Director of Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy – Earthrise) is directing the film at Tezuka Productions. Kohei Kiyasu (Run with the Wind) is writing and supervising the drama’s script. Masatsune Noguchi (Hakushon Daimaō 2020) is designing the characters. Yukio Abe is an art designer. Kenji Kawai (Patlabor, Gundam 00, Ghost in the Shell) is composing the music, while Takumi Itō is the sound director. Kiyotaka Kawada is noted for sound effects.
Yamakawa and Asaki launched the manga in Weekly Young Magazine in May 2017. The manga’s 18th volume was published in October 2022. The manga continued with the third and final installment in the issue. 29 of Weekly Young Magazine in June 2022. The last part picks up a backup story seven years after the second. The manga entered a hiatus after ending the second season in October 2021.
The manga revolves around an office man with a reliable wife and a daughter in college who can act a bit rebellious at times, but leads a happy life in his own right. Until one day, the guy discovers his daughter has been beaten, and from there begins his journey into a dangerous world to protect his family.
Yamakawa and Akinari Nao’s I’m Standing on a Million Lives manga got a television anime adaptation that premiered in October 2020. The second season of the anime premiered in July 2021.
Asaki drew the illustrations for Yuma Ando’s Psychometrer and Psychometrer Eiji manga, and drew the IWGP: Denshi no Hoshi manga for the Ikebukuro West Gate Park franchise.
