Kazusa Onodera and her four friends – Hongo, Momoko, Sonezaki and Sugawara – are all members of the Literature Club. One day, when they were reading 20th century Japanese literature, they were shocked by explicit sexual scenes and descriptions.
Before long, the three-letter word took over their daily lives and the club became an excuse for the girls to meet up and read sex scenes aloud. Meanwhile, after meeting his childhood friend Izumi Normioto for a private moment, Kazusa tries to stay sane and show her affection for the guy.
