Lucci’s rematch with Luffy has been of interest to One Piece fans ever since CP0 was about to head to Vegapunk, while Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates were at Egghead.
So does Luffy fight against Lucci in One Piece chapter 1069 or not? Here’s the theory!
1. One Piece chapter 1068 ends with Luffy meeting Lucci
