It’s likely that Saitama will want to change quite a few events in the One Punch Man series before it’s too late.
In chapter 169 of One Punch Man, Saitama has no memory of defeating Garou after time-traveling himself to the past. This makes Genos the only character who knows the events that happened before the bald guy changed history.
So what if Saitama didn’t forget everything after he time-traveled to the past?
1. Saitama will say that he is the one who defeated Garou
In One Punch Man chapter 169, Saitama asks who killed Garou. This created a controversy, because all the heroes were unknown.
If Saitama hadn’t lost his memory after time travel, he might have admitted that he was the one who defeated Garou. Of course, if Saitama said this, most of the heroes wouldn’t believe it. But the character who believes in the bald guy right now will definitely be Genos.
2. Is it possible that Blast’s group shows up and then invites Saitama to join them?
As we all know, Blast’s group seems to act if something endangers the world, such as when Garou appears with the power of God, or when space on Earth is transformed. form. If Saitama hadn’t lost his memory after time travel and confirmed that he had defeated Garou himself, Blast’s party might have come to recruit him, after learning of this.
That’s because they discovered Saitama possesses a special ability, which is time travel. While Blast can teleport from place to place, and the bald man can return to the past, these two heroes will become important factors in the fight against God later.
3. Saitama’s strength is much greater, due to his combat experience before time travel
Because Saitama suffers from amnesia, I suspect that he may also forget that he has increased his powers, such as not knowing how to copy other people’s techniques and time travel. If Saitama hadn’t forgotten, his level of power would have been even more terrifying, as Saitama knew the technique he had copied from Garou, before returning to the past.
Not to mention, Saitama’s growth rate has increased exponentially, to the point that Jupiter can’t even stand his sneeze. Even so, it doesn’t seem like this will be a problem for Earth, as Saitama has good control over his powers.
The only problem is that the bald guy will find it increasingly difficult to find an equal opponent.
4. Saitama can take advantage of time travel again to prevent himself from being late
Still related to Saitama’s new ability of time travel. If he hadn’t lost his memory after he first returned to the past, it was possible that Saitama would use this new technique in case something bad happened if he was late again.
It is also possible that the bald guy will time travel for more trivial purposes, such as not to miss… the supermarket’s big sale day!
5. Saitama’s memories will overlap
At first glance, the possibility of time travel is quite interesting. But this doesn’t mean it doesn’t have side effects!
Maybe making Saitama amnesia is the way to stop the chaos of the timeline. If he knew his new technique, Saitama would probably go back to the past repeatedly because of his “habit” of being late.
As a result, the bald man’s memories overlap and interfere with the flow of time, because there are so many events that Saitama goes through every time he time travels. That’s what would have happened if Saitama hadn’t lost his memory after returning to the past. What do you think? Please write comments!
