Kodoani.com – Official website of the manga adaptation Orient of Shinobu Ohtaka announced on Thursday that the second season of the anime will premiere on TV Tokyo, BS TV, and AT-X in July. The website also revealed the additional cast and illustrations by Ohtaka to celebrate the second course.
The newly announced cast includes:

Natsuki Hanae as Naoe Kanetatsu
Yoshiki Nakajima as Masaki Amakasu

The anime premiered in Japan on January 5. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime, and also began streaming the English dub on February 23. Episodes 11 and 12 of the anime aired on TV. Tokyo on Wednesday after an earthquake – delayed the broadcast of episode 11. .

Tetsuya Yanagisawa (Shattered Angels, High School DxD, Senran Kagura Shinovi Master) is directing the anime at ACGT. Mariko Kunisawa (Ascendance of a Bookworm, Magimoji Rurumo, Hatsukoi Limited) is in charge of series scripts. Takahiro Kishida describes the characters. Hideyuki Fukasawa composed the music. Da-iCE performed the opening song “Break Out” and Wataru Hatano performed the ending song “Naniiro.”
Ohtaka launched the manga in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in May 2018. The manga moved to Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in February 2021.
