According to the latest announcement from Paramount, the studio has confirmed A Quiet Place will have a third part and the film is in the concept stage.
Paramount confirms A Quiet Place will have a 3rd part and is expected to be released in 2025
Recently, Paramount officially announced that the sequel of the hit series A Quiet Place will continue to be produced, and fixed A Quiet Place part 3 will be released in 2025.
As previously revealed, the universe of A Quiet Place is even more expanded, when Paramount also previously announced the release date for the spin-off film project (side story) set in the world where A Quiet takes place. Place, premiered on March 31, 2023.
However, both of these new films (including A Quiet Place 3 and the spin-off) will not be directed by John Kraisinki (director, screenwriter and actor of the previous two films). Instead, the helm for season 3 is Jeff Nichols, and the spin-off will be molded by director Michael Sarnoski (director of PIG).
It is not clear if the old actors will return in season 3, and the plot and setting of the new season have not been announced.
A Quiet Place 3 is expected to air in 2025
A Quiet Place is a 2018 American post-apocalyptic science fiction horror film, directed by John Krasinski, starring and co-written with Bryan. Woods and Scott Beck. The work is produced by Platinum Dunes, with the participation of Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe. The content of the work revolves around a family struggling to survive in a post-apocalyptic world, when they have to hide from blind alien creatures with sharp hearing. A silent land inspired many other movies such as Alien, No Place and In the Bedroom.
A Quiet Place 2 (2020) is the sequel to 2018’s A Quiet Place, which follows the family from the first film as they continue to struggle and try to survive in a post-apocalyptic and deeply mining world. More about the alien species that have invaded the earth. The film was written, produced, and directed by John Krasinski for Paramount Pictures. Actors Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe all return to the role, while Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou are new additions.
