Yuuki Kaji, Yōhei Azakami join the voice cast for the 4th season premiering in January
Kodoani.com – Kadokawa revealed new visuals and two new voice actors on Tuesday for the anime’s fourth season Bungo Stray Dogs Based on the manga by Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa.
The new cast includes:
Yuuki Kaji as Saigiku Jōno Yōhei Azakami as Tecchō Suehiro
New season will be out in January 2023
Other new members include:
Akio Ohtsuka as Genichirō Fukuchi Makoto Koichi as Teruko Ōkura Takehito Koyasu as Nikolai G Takeshi Kusao as Mushitarō Oguri
The returning main staff includes director Takuya Igarashi, series script supervisor and writer Yoji Enokido, character designer and animation director Nobuhiro Arai, and animation studio BONES. The main voice actors Yūto Uemura (Atsushi Nakajima), Mamoru Miyano (Osamu Dazai), Sumire Morohoshi (Kyōka Izumi), Kensho Ono (Ryūnosuke Akutagawa) and Kishō Taniyama (Chūya Nakahara) will also return.
The first television anime adaptation aired from April to June of the year. The anime’s second 12-episode series aired from October to December 2016. The anime’s third season premiered in April 2019.
An anime series titled Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple premiered in Japan in March 2018.
Yen Press is publishing the manga and novel in English. The series launched in Kadokawa’s Young Ace magazine in December 2012 and is ongoing.
