For fans of the super manga Jujutsu Kaisen, the biggest event they’ve been waiting for finally arrives this February. Jujutsu Kaisen x PUBG Mobile will bring many surprises to players, along with playable anime characters, themed weapon skins and many other exciting features in the game.
Tencent has teased fans about the top-notch graphics of Tokyo Jujutsu High on PUBG’s map. The 5-second clip also revealed a beautiful image of this cooperation event.
Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the most successful manga series of all time, having sold over 50 million copies and was adapted into an anime. At the same time, this is also a work that has achieved great success when winning the Anime of the Year award at the 5th Crunhyroll Anime Awards.
According to some revelations before G, four main characters of Jujutsu Kaisen will appear in this collaboration: Yuji Itadori, Nobara Kugisaki, Satoru Gojo, Megum Fushiguro.
The partnership between PUBG Mobile and Jujutsu Kaisen was first announced last August, during a PUBG Mobile streaming event. Most recently, PUGB also made another announcement about the official launch time of this version.
This is not the first time PUBG Mobile has collaborated with anime series. Tencent Japan’s server teamed up with Code Geass last year, launching sets and skins inspired by the Sunrise Mecha anime.
Tencent’s mobile fighting game has collaborated with many other famous representatives such as Godzilla vs. Kong, Resident Evil, Alan Walker, Metro Exodus, Tesla, McLaren and BlackPink.
This partnership with PUBG Mobile’s Jujutsu Kaisen will be available in all regions except Japan and Mainland China.
