Antifans who have attacked Faker during the past time may face heavy punishment when T1 does “work”.
Some time ago, Korean media reported that Faker was seriously attacked by antifans on a famous forum of the land of kimchi. This antifan even created an entire column and since MSI 2022, this account has continuously posted articles criticizing “Demon King” with heavily described words. Even T1’s legal department has also stepped in to handle this.
Recently, Doinb revealed on the stream channel about the situation of this case of Faker. Accordingly, the “rumor king” of LPL said that once T1’s lawyers act, the matter will no longer simply be toxic in the gaming community:
“Antifans who have criticized Faker can face fines of up to 1 million won (approximately more than 17 million VND). But if the level is severe, it is possible to be fined at least 5 million won (approximately 90 million VND). Even if Faker and T1 don’t let it go, it will affect their chances of finding a job in the future.” – Doinb said.
Since speaking about the incident of breaking the game in Korean rank leading to misunderstanding, after T1 could not win MSI 2022, an antifan from the LCK itself also spoke out against Faker. In particular, the incident exploded right before the LCK Summer 2022.
However, Faker certainly does not let these troubles affect his performance when playing. During his career journey, “Demon King” has encountered similar cases many times and he has overcome them. Only thing, certainly no T1 fan or Faker fan wants their idol to suffer such things, especially after what he has contributed to the LoL village throughout his long career.
