Anime’s 3rd TV season premiered on January 7
Kodoani.com – Official website of the manga adaptation Teasing Master Takagi-san (Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san) by Sōichirō Yamamoto revealed the teaser image, staff, and June 10 premiere date for the upcoming anime in the franchise on Friday.
The main staff from the third season of the anime will return for the series. Hiroaki Akagi is directing the series at Shinei Animation, while Hiroko Fukuda is assigned to write and pen the script along with third season writers Aki Itami and Kanichi Katou. Aya Takano is once again designing the characters. Hiroaki Tsutsumi returns from previous seasons to compose music.
The third season of the Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san 3 television anime premiered on MBS and TBS’ Super Animeism channels on January 7. Sentai Filmworks has licensed the third season and upcoming film, and is streaming online season three on HIDIVE.
The first television anime based on the manga premiered as part of the “Anime no Me” program in January 2018, and it also adapted Yamamoto’s Ashita wa Doyōbi manga into segments in the show. The second season of the television anime premiered in July 2019. The season premiered on Netflix in December 2019.

Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san VR 1 & 2 Gakki (Tease Master Takagi-san VR Ses 1 & 2), an expanded version of the manga’s virtual reality (VR) anime, launched for Oculus Quest in December 2020. A new mobile game for the franchise is coming this spring.
