Since its launch, Tech Core has become an integral part of the Teamfight Tactics (DTCL). Even these cores have a direct impact, can decide the win – lose of a game. Therefore, players must have certain studies to find the right core for their strategy. Entering season 9, Tech Core also combines with the Legend mechanism to increase the attractiveness of TFT.
Technology Cores play a very important role in TFT
Besides the Tech Cores with normal mechanics, there are many cores that force players to trade something in order to get the highest return. These cores are usually very powerful but only for seasoned players and of course there is no shortage of luck factor.
Blackened Crown
One of the cores that are familiar and very popular with DTCL gamers, but not easy to use, is the Blackened Crown. Players using this core will receive 2 more positions in their chessboard, but in return, each time they receive damage will also be doubled compared to the rules of the round.
The Black Crown will cause the player to have twice as much health as normal
This helps the player to be strong early on, but it will also be easy to be defeated in just one game, especially at the end of the game if you don’t upgrade the strong squad early. But anyway, this is also a core that is not really too difficult, just requires players to upgrade the squad sooner than usual.
Devil’s Contract
With this core, players will really have to put themselves in a dangerous situation to be able to increase their strength. Because, with this Tech Core, players will buy experience points with the blood of the Beast. And when reaching level 7, the player will reach the threshold of almost bottoming health.
Just one miscalculation and the player will be instantly defeated with the Devil’s Contract
At this point, if the squad is not strong enough or is killed too quickly, the amount of healing is not enough to make the player eliminated quickly. There have been many players who failed to calculate the damage and were killed after performing the maximum upgrade with this Tech Core.
AFK . Cores
These cores force the player to be immobile (cannot affect the squad) for a certain period of time. In return, the player will receive a corresponding income after that period of inactivity.
AFK cores are not really profitable yet
However, this is considered a rather lucky core because over a period of time, if the opponent can upgrade the squad, sometimes there will not be many useful pieces left to buy because they have been lost. Not to mention, the inability to arrange or upgrade the squad can cause players to drop in rank very quickly after only 2 3 rounds, especially if this core comes out in the late game.
Conclude
Choosing the right core will greatly affect the outcome of the match. Therefore, players need to have for themselves the right choice and calculation. Because sometimes, just one wrong choice can drag all your efforts into vain and get unwanted results.
