Recently, TOHO confirmed that they are adapting The Angel Next Door novel into an anime. And they released a short teaser to briefly introduce the content.

Next, we will come to the plot of The Angel Next Door – which is about to be adapted into an anime. The main character of the series is Amane Fujimiya, a male high school student. His life is really normal, but unusually he encounters “angel” Mahiru Shiina “fighting” with torrential rain alone. He was ready to cover her umbrella, even giving her an umbrella so that she could return home from a cold. And he ended up lying flat from a cold the next day. Don’t get me wrong, this is purely out of kindness and not from foolishness.
As it turns out, Mahiru is Amane’s neighbor. In return, she decided to help him recover gradually. And since then, the two have gradually become close friends. She also helps him a lot in life. As soon as she heard that he had to live alone and struggled day by day with discounts, she took care of the cooking for him. But at first, he absolutely did not develop male and female feelings. He thinks that idol-sized girls are just to be admired from afar. And loving someone is due to fate, not just seeing a beautiful girl is asking to be scattered or possessed.
