Amazon officially renewed Prime Video’s The Boys for a fourth season just days after season 3 debuted.

As reported by Variety, Amazon chose The Boys for the fourth season just days after the premiere of Season 3, compared with a 17% increase in viewership compared to the Season 2 premiere. “During the first three days of the third season, audiences worldwide spent The Boys are up 17% over Season 2 and 234% over Season 1,” Amazon said in a statement.

Amazon’s confirmation of The Boys’ Season 4 extension comes after Karl Urban, who stars in the series as Billy Butcher, appeared to have confirmed in March that he would be returning for a season other. However, this happened before the official announcement from Amazon.
