Kodoani.com – Manga “Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! Shadow Gaiden” (The Eminence in Shadow – Shadow Side Story) by Seta U concluded in the November issue of Kadokawa’s Comp Ace magazine. The manga’s sixth and final volume will be released on October 26.
The manga “Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! Shadow Gaiden” is a spinoff based on the light novel “The Eminence in Shadow” by Daisuke Aizawa. The story revolves around Sid, a guy who wants to become a Shadowbroker who controls everything from behind the scenes. After a traffic accident, Sid wakes up in another world and finds himself leading a secret organization fighting evil in the dark.
“The Eminence in Shadow” has been adapted for a manga and an anime series. Anri Sakano’s manga adaptation debuted in Comp Ace magazine in 2018 and has been published in 11 volumes. The English version of this manga has also been published by Yen Press.
The anime series “The Eminence in Shadow” will premiere in October 2022, with season 2 scheduled to premiere on October 4.
