5. Toga Himiko – My Hero Academia
If all the characters in the League of Crime have their own ambitions, Toga Himiko is a different story. It can be said that she commits a crime for her own pleasure and satisfaction.
Himiko is a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after perhaps killing someone, showing obvious violent tendencies. Even in danger, Himiko still smiled. Himiko stated that she finds life difficult and that she wants to make life easier. Himiko realizes that Stain is her ideal villain, and declares that she wants to kill and become him.
6. Princess Malty S. Melromarc – The Rising Of The Shield Hero
One of The Rising Of The Shield Hero’s most feared villains is not a fearsome devil or a wicked genius, but just a difficult princess to please. Princess Malty is neither cunning nor ambitious enough to become a dangerous villain. However, the princess is still a princess and she has enough power to escape any punishment associated with her.
Thanks to royal power and pampering, Princess Malty has often escaped trouble and atrocities that she causes when bored. However, the fact that she attacked Naofumi Iwatani with her power caused great trouble for herself. Malty’s torture gave Naofumi more motivation to become her most feared enemy.
7. Izaya Orihara – Durarara!!
Arrogant, cocky, and manipulative, Izaya was never the main antagonist of Ikebukuro’s worst gang wars in Durarara. He makes the war between the gangs even more chaotic by constantly “pumping” at the right time more than ever. Izaya didn’t do this for any great purpose, but just for fun.
Izaya loves to make everyone fight each other and suffer losses, while himself is outside and sitting around fighting. Even when Ikebukuro becomes too peaceful, Izaya stirs up all sides and creates new conflicts. All, just for the fun of Izaya.
8. Dio Brando – JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
In the first part of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, Dio Brando is still a human, but he still hates his brother Jonathan Joestar. Dio did everything to destroy the Joestar family and partly achieved his purpose. Dio is a demon, everything he does against Johnathan shows how evil he is.
However, Dio only became a true nightmare when he was reincarnated as the vampire Dio in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. Instead of quickly defeating Jotaro Kujo and his friends, Dio did something that made him feel satisfied with his own cruelty. He turns people into zombies, merges them with animals, and is ready to torture his enemies with his abilities just to pass the time.
