Primitive will likely fill the void of BC, Peter Molyneux’s canceled game.
Developer Games Box SA has announced Primitive, a first-person survival game, built using Unreal Engine 5, set in a hostile, open world of the Stone Age. The title is in development for PC, although there is no specific release date yet. Games Box SA CEO Tomasz Supeł said: “The project is still in the early stages of development. When it comes to similar games, Primitive is akin to titles like Far Cry Primal but our concept focuses more deeply on expressing the primitive character of a real world from thousands of years ago, where it all boils down to the most primal strength and fighting for survival and supremacy dominate.”
Primitive will have a third-person view along with a first-person perspective. Players will confront not only the elements of nature but also hostile Neanderthal tribes, Sabretooth Tigers and Mammoths. Players also need to build their shelters because the weather changes dynamically will affect the most thorough survival plan. Interested readers can add Primitive to the wishlist on Steam.
