Additional battle stages for “Amber Fest with Kind Neighbors” were also announced
Kodoani.com – Arc System Works just revealed in the fighting game trailer Guilty Gear -Strive– on Monday that the Slayer character will be added to the playable character list in the next update for season 3 on May 30. The game will also add “Amber Fest with Kind Neighbors” as a battle phase Additional matches to complete season 3 updates.
Slayer will join previously announced DLC characters Elphelt Valentine, ABA, and Johnny.
Additionally, the game will also feature a new “TEAM OF 3” three-on-three mode, allowing teams of three players to battle against each other. The mode is expected to launch in 2024. Arc System Works will reveal more details at a later date.
Guilty Gear -Strive- “Season 3” debuted last August with the 10th character, Johnny.
The game was originally released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC in June 2021, after being delayed from April 2021 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Arc System Works released the game for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Game Pass, and PC via Game Pass in March 2023.
Daisuke Ishiwatari is the game's general manager and Akira Katano will direct the game. The game's initial roster included Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, May, Axl Low, Chipp Zanuff, Potemkin, Faust, Millia Rage, Zato-1, Ramlethal, Leo Whitefang, Nagoriyuki, Giovanna, Anji and I-NO.
The game's first season pass includes five characters, five colors for each character, two levels, and an additional story. The “Part 2” DLC contains a total of four playable DLC characters, two new battle stages, and a second color pack.
