Anime Call of the Night has officially set a release date through a new trailer. Kotoyama’s original manga has been attracting attention since its debut on the pages of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2019, and fans have always been looking forward to the day this hugely potential work gets an anime adaptation. And finally, the fans’ expectations were not in vain when Call of the Night was officially adapted into an anime, even the specific release date of the film has just been revealed.
Call of the Night will premiere on July 7, about the voice actors for the work, Kensho Ono as Mahiru Seki, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Akihito Akiyama and Yoko Hikasa as Kiyosumi Hirakawa. The opening theme song will be titled “Datenshi” performed by Creepy Nuts, and fans will be able to enjoy the new song along with many scenes from the movie through the newly released trailer for the film.
Sentai Filmworks has licensed Call of the Night for an official English release, and it will be streamed on HIDIVE alongside the Japanese premiere.

Tomoyuki Itamura is directing the debut anime Call of the Night for Liden Films with Tetsuya Miyanishi as the main director.
