Kodoani.com – The main website for the anime adaptation of the novel series Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy– (Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Dōchū) by Kei Azumi revealed a new teaser and teaser image for the second season of the anime on Thursday. The teaser reveals that the anime will air the second season in January 2024 and reveals that JC Staff will be in charge of the animation for the second season (replacing C2C). The anime season will run for two consecutive seasons (quarters of a year).
Natsuki Hanae, Ayane Sakura, Akari Kitō, and Kenjiro Tsuda return as Makoto Misumi, Tomoe, Mio, and Shiki respectively.
Shinji Ishihira is directing the anime, with Kenta Ihara in charge of the series. Yukie Suzuki drew the character designs. Yasuharu Takanashi composed the music.
The first season premiered in July 2021. Anime is the first season for NTV’s newly formed Anime Division.
