Prior to her acting career, Tuyen Huyen earned a Master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Imperial College London, and television was a fortuitous move of hers. Tuyen Huyen became an actress after joining TVB and considers herself lucky because she still loves her job so much even after thirty years of doing it.
