Ubisoft is constantly developing new video game projects, with some of which have been officially confirmed to be in development. Some of those games have been announced for quite some time without a release date, including the pirate game Skull & Bones and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. But the latest information suggests that these long-awaited titles will release sometime between April 2022 and April 2023.
During a recent meeting, Ubisoft confirmed that it plans to release Skull & Bones between April 2022 and April 2023, along with Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. There are “more interesting games” that Ubisoft also plans to release in that timeframe, although specifics on what those other games are exactly haven’t been revealed at this time.
The development of Skull & Bones was said to be quite difficult behind the scenes, with the game not really getting the company’s attention and having undergone many changes during development. However, if Ubisoft really believes that Skull & Bones will launch before April 2023, it seems like the game’s development is finally on track. If so, gamers may see the game again in the near future with speculation as early as during the E3 2022 event.
