Popular anime themed r/Anime Awards have announced the winners of the 2021 Anime Awards. Votes are split between the public vote and the jury vote, and because of the award. This is based on the opinions of many fans, so the results will be quite interesting.
Voting categories are divided into 4 main groups, based on genre, character and production.
The main grouping includes the most “important” winners of the 2021 Anime awards and it’s important to note that judging from the judges and public voting has mixed results across all 4 categories. .

This 2021 r/Anime Awards takes a slightly different approach when it comes to Character Awards. Instead of the Best Main Character award, it became “Best Anime Character”. Results Shinji Ikari (jury vote) and Eren Jeager (public vote) won.
A special category for characters from a comedy is also available, with Renge Miyauchi from Non Non Biyori (jury) and Gintoki Sakata (public) winning.
The Best Supporting Character award went to Ryuuji Ayakawa from Blue Period (jury vote) and Ruijerd Sperdia from Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation (public vote).
Or according to the judges, Fruits Basket: The Final had the best cast, while the public once again chose Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation.
