Riot Games has just announced that Tokyo, Japan will be the next venue to host the 2023 VCT Masters tournament
Asian Valorant fans recently received very good news from Riot Games during the Christmas holiday. Specifically, this ‘music company’ has officially announced the venue for the VCT Masters 2023 tournament – and it will be located in Tokyo, Japan. This event will mark the second time that the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) tournament system is widely held for all fans around the world, not just in North America.
Not only that, VCT 2023 will start with the LOCK//IN event in Sao Paulo next February with 30 teams from many regions participating in the competition, the Champion of this event will have more seats for their region at the 2023 Masters. LOCK//IN regions will include: Americas (North America and Latin America), EMEA, and Pacific (including Asia and Oceania). Each region will have 10 teams, and they will compete for a place in the Masters.
Masters 2023 Tokyo will be the competition of 10 teams, the top 3 teams in each region and 1 team crowned at the LOCK//IN event in Brazil in February. And the team that wins the Masters title will be certain. qualified to participate in Valorant Champions – the tournament that is considered as Valorant’s World Final and where any player wishes to compete even once in his life.
