The first Vietnam Game Festival was organized to create a healthy playground for game lovers to have the opportunity to meet and exchange experiences; creating an environment for production and publishing enterprises to introduce and promote games to the market; opening up opportunities for connection between domestic and foreign game enterprises and investors. At the same time, this is also a place to discuss policies, mechanisms and issues of concern between State management agencies and units in the game industry.
The program takes place from December 2022 to March 2023 with many new and diverse activities, strictly ensuring professionalism and closeness to the Vietnamese gaming community. The series of activities within the framework of the Vietnam Game Festival 2023 promises to attract the attention of management agencies, experts in the field, manufacturers, publishers and the game lover community.

Game Talks – implemented from the end of December 2022 to March 2023. Here, the knowledge and hot topics related to the game industry are represented by management agencies, experts in the game field and a number of related fields, publishers, game studios and representatives. Game Arena – taking place in March 2023 with competitions, demonstrations of Esports games with the participation of professional players and KOLs in the gaming industry.

The award will consist of three stages: Nomination round (from December 26, 2022 to January 18, 2023), Preliminary round (from February 1, 2023 to February 12, 2023) and Final round (from February 16, 2023). In the Preliminary Round, based on 50% of the community vote and 50% of the Appraisal Council’s vote, the Top 5 nominees of each category will enter the Final round.
