Stemming from this idea, recently, a Brazilian artist named Hidreley Leli Diao used artificial intelligence (AI) to create surreal portraits of cartoon characters if they appeared. in real life. After discovering AI’s ability to create realistic digital portraits, Diao experimented with the technology in creative ways different from cartoon characters.
The software Diao uses to create surreal portraits is Adobe Photoshop along with 3 different AI Photo applications including FaceApp, Gradient and Remini. Each photo was created by searching the internet for images containing the character’s signature features.
