After some long and difficult habits, Asakura finally got the perfect body, but this also comes with some disadvantages, which is that she is sleepy and weak. Her weakness caught up with her when she tried to flaunt her body during a visit to the pool but don’t worry as Chono will never let anything happen to her!

This chapter opens with Asakura doing sit-ups as part of her daily routine to get in shape. She ate a lot in her dream which caused her to gain weight which resulted in her summer plans being ruined. Asakura was determined to get in shape so she worked out hard in her dreams, but sadly she didn’t get any satisfactory results.
Asakura thought that her physical strength in school was definitely due to her training back then. She wonders how people maintain a daily diet and exercise routine when it’s so stressful. Asakura decided to try the technique she learned from Omura. She recalls that it was something called sleep learning.
Learning while sleeping is a method used by many people and it involves hearing the things you want to learn while you are asleep. Asakura plays some exercise videos on her phone and goes to bed wearing headphones. She started practicing daily from that point on, and eventually, a month passed.
After a month, Asakura became slim and fit, which completely changed her appearance even though she lost her appetite because she is currently severely sleep deprived. Asakura ignored all the blemishes and focused on her perfect body. She thinks that now that she has this perfect body, she should show it off to someone and everyone knows who it is.
Asakura calls Chono, Tateha, and Omura to tell them about her plan to play pool. In the end, she managed to convince them all because it was summer vacation anyway. Chono goes to the pool first, but he wonders why Asakura suddenly decided to go to the public pool. He then waited for a while, and Asakura finally arrived after a while.
Asakura showed off her fit body in a swimsuit and asked Chono how she looked. Chono stared at her for a while making her think he had a crush on her perfect body, but instead, Chono asked her about the puffiness. Asakura was annoyed because that was the first thing he noticed about her.
Chono apologizes to her by saying he’s just nervous, but she tells him that he doesn’t know what it’s like to be a girl. Tateha and Omura also arrived after a while in their swimsuits, and Asakura was shocked at how good they looked.
After meeting everyone, Omura said that she would just sit in the shade and play games while Tateha went to sunbathe. Asakura and Chono are left alone, and both wonder why they went to the pool if they all had to stay away. Chono also decided to use the restroom, which angered Asakura even more.
Asakura smells some delicious food nearby, but she tries her best to ignore it so as not to disrupt her diet. After a while, she started to feel dizzy, she slowly tried to walk again, but she fell off the cliff.
When Asakura sinks into the pool, she finds that she no longer has the strength to swim because of her diet. Suddenly Chono jumped into the pool and held Asakura’s hand.
