This revised update is based on the data of the last 31 SEA games. The hot meta champions will be nerfed, and the out meta champions will be positively edited to return.
Together with Game4V we learn the details of the new editing update on MCTN.
1. Lorion (Nerf)
intrinsic
When the ball flies out of the body:
– Frequency of the ball flying out of the body: 0.5 caused 1 time => 0.75s caused 1 time.
– Delete: Restore HP.
– Remove: Deals only 50% damage to 2nd target of the same type.
When the sphere is in the body:
– HP Recovery: 36 + 6/champion level + 0.15 magic power => 30 + 12/champion level + 0.15 magic attack.
With the above tweaks, Lorion will have to calculate extremely accurately to rush into combat. No longer recovering HP when the orb leaves the body is probably the critical weakness of this champion.
2. Yue (Nerf)
-Adjusted skill warning expression.
-Strengthen skill plus 0.5s ban.
This modification will make it impossible for Yue to use 2 consecutive 1 or 2 spells at the same time, the damage discharge rate will be slower, and the opponent will be easier to dodge.
3.Enzo (Buff)
Skill 1:
-Optimized hand feeling: When the 2 hook hit the target, using the 1st ability to pull the target will react more quickly (effect and duration unchanged).
Skill 3:
-Optimized hand feeling: Reduce dwell time. When using skill 3 from a long distance, can accurately move behind the target instead of to a random location.
Enzo will probably return in the near future, but this champion needs to tweak his strength again to be able to match the current hot picks in the jungle.
4. Yan (Balance)

-The bonus damage from 1st ability’s normal attack is increased by 100% against monsters =>Total damage from 1st ability’s basic attack, 2nd move’s damage is increased by 50% against jungle monsters.
Skill 1:
-Enhanced Basic Attack Damage: 200/240/280/320/360/400 +1.25 Attack Damage (1.0 Critical Attack Damage) => 250/300/350/400/450/500 +1.5 physical attack (1.0 physical attack can crit).
Skill 2:
-Base Damage: 120/140/160/180/200/220 +0.65 ATK => 150/180/210/240/270/300 +0.75 ATK.
-Mana cost: 60/68/76/84/92/100=> Fixed 50.
Skill 3:
-Refund all adjustment of bonus effects related by skill level 3.
-Increase the base damage of skill 1, skill 2: 50% => 20%.
-Take [Bảo hộ ngắt chiêu] when cast 3 times 2: Before the end of 3rd spell 2 will not be interrupted by crowd control (but will still be under control).
-Use the skill 3 times for the 2nd time without consuming mana.
Yan continues to be on the editing table because currently this boy has not received too much favor from gamers when he is said to be “half lean, half fat”.
5. D’arcy (Balance)
The energy bar has been adjusted to 4 levels of mark.
Removed: Slow mana regeneration, speed up.
Each time you cast a spell, you will receive 1 layer of mark, which can be used with enhanced normal attacks.
Enhanced basic attack modified to armor-piercing damage, removing movement speed on enemies hit. Enhanced Normal Attack Damage: 350 + 90/Level (+0.65 Ability Power) => 150 + 25/Level Hero (+0.35 Ability Power).
Skill 1:
-Converts enhanced basic attack to passive, removes the mechanism that cannot be locked and selected as a target.
Skill 2:
-Damage: 750 + 100/level (+1.65 ability) => 600 +85/level (+1.35 ability).
-Increase the stun by 0.5s, the 2nd skill that hits an enemy will cause the enemy to be stunned for 1s.
Skill 3:
-First time: Removes 0.75s stun when drawing enemies with skill 3, this stun changes to skill 2.
D’arcy may be returning with a series of rebalanced moves and passives that will help him regain his former glory.
6. Xeniel (Balanced)
Intrinsic:
-The bonus magic damage of the next basic attack is 8% max HP => 4%~8% max HP.
Skill 3:
-Self speed up for 5s => 3s.
Realizing that Xeniel was buffed a bit too much, Garena decided to adjust this champion to balance a bit.
7. Baldum (Balance)
intrinsic
Removed: Shield is increased by 18%.
Modified: Baldum’s basic attacks deal bonus magic damage => Enemies hit by Baldum’s ability gain 3s damage reduction, during which time damage taken by that target is increased by 5%.
Range of basic attacks: 2.8m => 2.5m.
Skill 1:
Removed: Reduces movement speed on hit target.
-Mana cost: 60 + 5 / skill level => 40 + 8 / skill level.
Skill 2:
-Clear: Hitting the target will reduce the current cooldown.
-Remove: Double damage against jungle monsters.
-Enemies hit will take 20% less damage to Baldum for 1s => Every time his 2nd spell hits an enemy, Baldum gains 5% damage immunity for 2s, up to 4 stacks.
-Immune: 5%/5.5%/6%/6.5%/7%/7.5%.
-Enemies hit will have their movement speed reduced by 30%, lasting 1s => 2s.
Mana cost: 50 => 40.
-Cooldown: 9s, launching the skill immediately enters the cooldown => 5s, ending the stomp to enter the cooldown.
Skill 3:
-How to launch a move: Designated position => Designated target.
-Range of casting: 10m => 6.5m.
-Running speed: 15m/s => 12m/s.
-New addition: Enemies hit after the end of the dungeon will be knocked up for 0.5s.
-Removed: Prison summoning time, slows movement when enemies hit the path to prison, slows down when enemies are in prison.
-Remove: Detention time, slows movement with enemies standing in the prison area.
-Removed: 50% movement speed reduction for 2s after ending the dungeon.
-Cleared: Time stalls while an enemy is locked in a dungeon.
This tweak will help Baldum unlock a series of slow effects in and around the prison that are quite new, but still maintain the ability to catch the single target that makes this champion the brand.
Conclude:
With a series of tweaks to the above champions, the meta is likely to change a lot in preparation for the upcoming AIC 2022 taking place on June 16 in Ho Chi Minh City. But even according to the data from SEA games 31, strong cards like Aya, Arthur, Tulen were not touched despite countless nerfs.
