Sarasa just graduated, wants to live a slow life in a shabby shop in Mizuho Itsuki’s story
Kadokawa’s publisher Fantasia Bunko announced on Saturday that Mizuho Itsuki’s Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei (Management of Novice Alchemist or literally, Novice Alchemist’s Shop Management) light novel series is getting a television anime.
The story follows Sarasa, an orphan girl who has just graduated from the royal alchemy school. After receiving an isolated shop as a gift from her teacher, she begins the leisurely life she long dreamed of as an alchemist. What awaits her, however, is a store that’s more shabby than she imagined, lying in a pile of furniture. As she gathers materials, trains herself, and sells goods to become an outstanding alchemist, she strives to live her own slow and comfortable alchemist life.
Itsuki first launched the novel series on the Shousetsuka ni Narou (Let’s Be Novelists) website on November 1, 2018. Fantasia Bunko subsequently published the first volume with illustrations by Fuumi on September 20. 2019 and the fifth volume was published on Saturday. Author kirero began creating a manga adaptation on Kill Time Communication with the Valkyrie Comic website in December 2020, and the first volume was released on Saturday.
