True to leaked rumors, the Nier Automata End of Yorha version has officially been announced for the Nintendo Switch.
According to previously leaked confirmed information, the game was officially revealed during the Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase event tonight. Bundled with previously released DLC, plus Switch-specific skins, the title will be officially released on October 6, 2022.

Developed by PlatinumGames and published by Square Enix, Nier: Automata was originally released for PS4 and PC in 2017, before launching on Xbox One in 2018. Formerly Nier creator Yoko Taro was also once hinted he wanted to make a version for the Nintendo Switch at E3 2018, he felt the game was a perfect fit to set foot on the platform. Another reason has been dissected by fans when analysis shows that there is a piece of code named NX located in Nier Automata. From here a lot of people speculate that there will be a Nintendo handheld version coming out in the future.
